When talking about online interventions, it is easy to think that this type of intervention is always applied remotely to people who, from their homes, follow treatment which is normally highly structured and applied by a group of experts.


In the following articles, we break from the previous reductionist idea, offering another type of approach, another perspective on online intervention, as the common trait in the two articles that make up this section is that they both have a hybrid character in terms of virtual and face-to-face care and intervention; whereby both achieve a complete integration of new technology in day-to-day care work, both in the framework of a high-level Barcelona hospital, as is the Hospital Clínic, and in the framework of a psychological care service, such as that provided by Previ. These two articles are as follows:
